The Forest Course – 6140yds Par 71

Part of the 27 hole combination course, the Forest 9 is played in conjunction with the Ashbury 9.

The course incorporates some of our newest holes built on the Kigbeare Estate and forestry plantations. When constructing 4 new holes in the forestry plantations around 21,000 tonnes of top soil were brought in, to shape and build the holes. The result leaves 4 stunning holes surrounded by large mature Pine trees. This course also gives views onto the Beeches course as well as views across the valley to the Ashbury course and Dartmoor beyond.

Signature Hole

Forest 8th – 442yds Par 4 – A wide and inviting hole constructed on the edge of the forestry plantation. The hole is flanked by pine trees on the right and with a mixture of Oak, Sycamore and Ash trees down the left. Approach shots down the left side of the fairway need to be aware of a pond 80yds short of the green and out of bounds to the right.
