Set in over 500 acres of rolling Devon countryside, the Ashbury Golf hotel is one of the most facilitated golf hotels in the South of England. In total there are 5 eighteen hole golf courses - Oakwood, Pines, Beeches, Willows and our new course Kigbeare. In addition there is an 8 bay undercover driving range, an 18 hole putting green, and a chipping and putting practice area.

Kigbeare Golf Course - Par 72, 6379 yards (NEW FOR 2007)

The courses occupy a lightly wooded parkland setting, in rolling countryside on the foothills of Dartmoor National Park. Extra hazards have been added to the natural ones already present, with dozens of bunkers and eighteen lakes making play even more of a challenge. The courses are open throughout the year, with many of the holes having purpose-built alternative greens, allowing for changes when the weather dictates. All the courses are well marked with many helpful hints given during your round.

For example, there are 150-yard and 100-yard markers to the centre of each main green and 150-yard markers to each alternative green. On the tee there is a map of the green in play, also showing the pin position for that day.
